ActivitiesTuesday night gallery shoot.Everybody is invited to attend the Tuesday night gallery shoot. Shooting starts at 7 PM. The shoot is open to .22 cal rifles and .25 cal (or smaller) air rifles. Either with open sites or scoped. Forty rounds are fired during this fun shoot in 4 five-minute relays of ten shots. Questions: Charles C. Small Bore .22 Hunter PistolSmall Bore .22 Hunter Pistol is held every Wednesday night on the indoor range. Contact Jack Reid at 632-8819. ShotgunThe SJWF offers both Trap and Skeet shooting. Trap leagues are shot in the spring and the summer. See Range Schedule for times of open and league shooting. For further information about the shotgun ranges availability and leagues, call Bill Thompson 330-9894 Range Schedule.The range schedule will be available at the secretary’s desk at the membership meeting. Stop by and pick one up. All activities must be cleared with the Executive Range Officer and written on the Range Calendar. IPSC Practical PistolThere is a division for everyone: Open, Limited, Limited 10, Production and Revolver. You DO NOT need to be a member of USPSA to shoot the local matches. A typical match will have 5 separate courses of fire and may require one or more reloads. Matches can require 100+ round of ammunition. Start tome for the match is 10am and match fees are $10 per shooter.
